Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods ( pup cake pops, pup cupcakes, mini pup cupcakes, dog cakes, boston terrier cream pies, etc.) custom dog treats (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We can accept bagged dog treats back as long as they are in the original package unopened. Bagged dog treats can be mailed back to us within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or can be exchanged for another kind flavor of bagged dog treats that are for the same price. If there is a price difference there will be a charge or difference refunded to the customer at the discretion of the customer. A shipping label will be provided to the customer when buying bagged treats only. Dog Cakes, pastries, custom dog treats (specialized or personalized items) won't have a shipping label in the package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales on sale items and gift cards are final.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
